9. Digital Music Platforms
LEXII MUSIC GROUP distributes releases to third-party digital music platforms.
These platforms operate independently and maintain their own rules, policies, review procedures, algorithms, and publication schedules.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP does not control the final approval, publication, visibility, ranking, playlist placement, recommendation, or continued availability of your release on any third-party platform.
A platform may:
Reject a release.
Delay a release.
Remove a release.
Request additional information.
Change metadata.
Restrict content in certain territories.
Remove or suspend an artist account.
Apply its own content or copyright policies.
We cannot guarantee that every release will be accepted or permanently available on every platform.
10. Fast One-Business-Day Delivery
LEXII MUSIC GROUP aims to provide fast distribution processing.
For eligible and properly submitted releases, our target is to process and deliver the release to the relevant distribution channels within one business day.
The one-business-day period may begin only after all required files, information, payment, and approvals have been successfully received and verified.
The one-business-day service does not guarantee that a release will become publicly available on Spotify, Apple Music, or any other third-party platform within one business day.
Final publication and review times are controlled by the relevant digital platforms and may vary.
Delays may occur due to:
Missing or incorrect information
Technical problems
Copyright or rights verification
Platform review
Content policy checks
Payment issues
Metadata problems
Platform outages
Public holidays or non-business days
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
11. Release Dates
If you request a specific release date, you are responsible for submitting your release sufficiently in advance.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP will make reasonable efforts to deliver releases according to the requested schedule, but we cannot guarantee a specific publication date controlled by a third-party platform.
We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for platform review and processing.
12. Metadata Accuracy

This includes artist names, song titles, contributor information, copyright information, release dates, genres, and other release details.
Incorrect or misleading metadata may result in:
Release delays
Platform rejection
Metadata corrections
Removal of a release
Account restrictions
Other distribution problems
LEXII MUSIC GROUP may correct obvious technical or formatting issues where reasonably necessary to deliver a release.
13. Royalties and Payments
Where applicable, royalties generated from your distributed music may be subject to the payment terms associated with the service you have purchased or agreed to.
Third-party platforms may report earnings to distribution providers according to their own reporting schedules.
Royalty information may therefore not be available immediately after a stream, download, or sale occurs.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP may delay, hold, adjust, or withhold payments where reasonably necessary to investigate:
Fraud
Artificial streaming
Copyright disputes
Payment reversals

If a digital platform identifies artificial streaming or fraudulent activity associated with your content, your release may be removed and earnings may be withheld or adjusted.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
You may also be responsible for costs, penalties, claims, or losses arising from fraudulent activity associated with your account or content.
15. Fees
Fees for our services are displayed or communicated through the applicable service or purchase process.
You agree to pay all applicable fees before the relevant service is provided, unless otherwise agreed.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP may change service prices in the future.
Changes to pricing will not normally affect services that have already been purchased unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service purchased and whether the service has already been performed.
Where a distribution service has already been processed, submitted, or delivered to third-party platforms, the service may not be eligible for a refund.
If a release cannot be processed because of a technical issue caused directly by LEXII MUSIC GROUP, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a correction, replacement service, credit, or refund.
Fees may not be refundable where a release is rejected, delayed, or removed because of:
Incorrect information
Copyright issues
Missing rights
Platform policy violations
Poor-quality materials
Customer errors
Fraudulent activity
Failure to meet platform requirements
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
17. Copyright Claims and Disputes
If we receive a copyright complaint, takedown request, rights dispute, or other intellectual property claim concerning your content, we may temporarily suspend distribution while the matter is reviewed.
You may be required to provide evidence demonstrating that you have the necessary rights to distribute the content.
LEXII MUSIC GROUP may remove or suspend content where reasonably necessary to respond to a valid claim, platform requirement, legal request, or rights dispute.
18. Removal of Releases
You may request the removal of your release from supported platforms subject to the applicable distribution process.
Removal requests may require processing time and are dependent on third-party platforms.

You acknowledge that third-party services may change their requirements at any time.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by changes, interruptions, restrictions, removals, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
